This section is intended for Justices of the Peace, Court Personnel and Civil Process Personnel who are registered members of "The Texas Justice Court Training Center." Legal advice WILL NOT be provided in this section.

Note: We respectfully request that you not both post a question on the legal board and also call our office with the same question. Please do one or the other. The result of both calling and posting is that we often have two different attorneys working separately on the same question and this takes one of them away from helping other judges, clerks and constables with their questions. Thank you for being considerate of the needs of others to have their questions answered too.
